Norfolk Land Developments are progressing with the build of Travis Perkins on Plot 6, following the grant of planning consent in August 2023. The new builders merchant will comprise a trade counter with click and collect facilities

The facility is expected to open later this year and will offer a comprehensive range of building materials, tools and equipment to support a wide array of construction projects.
