Construction of the first part of the Broadland Gate estate road has been substantially completed.

The road provides access to Broadland Gate from the north of the site, from the newly duelled Poppy Way.

The new road provides access to available plots to the north and east of Broadland Gate.

The second stage of road construction is due to commence shortly, and once finished, will link to an access to the south west of Broadland Gate, at the roundabout interchange for Broadland Way and the A1042.
