Contracts were exchanged in August with Pinnacle Engineers for a one acre land sale on Plot 8.

A reserve matters application was submitted for planning approval at the end of August for the proposed 7,620 sq ft office. The office has been designed around a prominent central core and will provide flexible internal space with the ability to reduce or increase the unit sizes within the two wings.
