Broadland Gate has had a positive first half of 2019! New requirements surfacing in the market has led to the site receiving a substantial amount of occupier interest. There are currently four plots under offer on site, with exchange of contracts expected on one of the plots within the next quarter. Recent enquiries and discussions with potential occupiers suggest further plots will be under offer before the year end.
